What you’ll do: • Program Management: Effectively plan, execute, and oversee various projects and the overall Lattice program by coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring clear communication among stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to drive projects and overall program success by effectively communicating program goals and updates while fostering engagement and support. • Change Management: Develop and lead change management initiatives related to performance and career development; addressing team member concerns and facilitating smooth transitions. • Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly assess program performance and report findings to stakeholders to highlight successes and areas of opportunity; utilize data analytics to measure program impact.
