The Lead Charge Nurse (AN1) is responsible for assisting with clinical management and administrative coordination of the nursing unit. In this exciting and rewarding position that is a combination of clinical (direct care) and administrative responsibilities, you will provide exceptional nursing care and leadership for hematology & oncology transplant patients. You will offer guidance, coaching and mentoring to team members by supervising nursing interventions, assigning related tasks, and managing complex patient care coordination. You will also assess patient, family and staff learning needs, deliver appropriate clinical education and promote effective working relationships. This involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement a care plan, including providing detailed care instructions.
Salary Range: $70.41-$102.30 Hourly

Job Qualifications
Qualifications
We're seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with:
- Current California RN license, required
- BSN or MSN, required
- 2 years of oncology/transplant RN experience, required
- BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, required
- Current valid ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy Certificate, preferred
- Previous nursing leadership experience, preferred
