The ANI (Charge Nurse) is responsible for assisting with clinical management and administrative coordination of the nursing unit. In this exciting and rewarding position that is a combination of clinical (direct care) and administrative responsibilities, you will provide exceptional nursing care and leadership for Perinatal patients. You will offer guidance, coaching and mentoring to team members by supervising nursing interventions, assigning related tasks, and managing complex patient care coordination. You will also assess patient, family and staff learning needs, deliver appropriate clinical education and promote effective working relationships. This involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement a care plan, including providing detailed care instructions.

Salary Range: $ 67.06-$97.43 per hour

Job Qualifications
Qualifications

We are seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with:
  • Current California RN license and relevant clinical nursing skills
  • BSN/MSN required
  • BCLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required
  • NRP required
  • 2 years Perinatal experience required
