As an NGS Scientist at Technology Center for Genomics & Bioinformatics, you will be instrumental in conducting cutting-edge research and contributing to the development of groundbreaking laboratory techniques and applications. Primary duties include:
• Perform various library constructions and sequencing, including 10x Genomics single-cell and spatial gene expression analysis.
• Collaborate with the Core Director to develop and execute new and existing technical procedures and applications.
• Assist in the implementation of novel assay/sequencing platforms and other laboratory development projects.

Salary Range: $66,431.27 - $106,830.32/year

Job Qualifications
Qualifications
• Proficient in a wide range of molecular biology techniques, including DNA and RNA extraction, reverse transcription, in vitro transcription, PCR, and QRT-PCR.
• Experience with NGS sequencing is highly desirable.
• PhD in molecular biology, genetics, or biotechnology preferred.
