• Vendor Compliance: Verify that vendors meet legal requirements.
• Logistics Coordination: Work with the logistics team and vendors to ensure compliance with country requirements and proper documentation.
• Order Fulfillment: Review order forms to determine the best way to fulfill orders.
• Check Requests: Draft and submit requests for payment for services.
• Invoice Management: Submit and follow up on purchase order invoices to ensure timely vendor payment.
• Reporting: Update and maintain various reports (e.g., inventory, dealer loaders).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative assistant or customer support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data entry, order processing, attention to details
- High School Diploma required
