Engineering Technician II
We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Technician II to
support the development and manufacturing of innovative sensor technology. This
role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a laboratory or manufacturing
environment, collaborating with engineers, and contributing directly to
products that make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
What You’ll Do
· Build and support prototype and production-scale
sensor technologies
· Assist engineering teams with builds, data
collection, documentation, and troubleshooting
· Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory
and manufacturing equipment
· Manufacture sensor components using a variety of
released and in-development equipment
· Accurately document experimental results, build
records, and data
· Manage materials and inventory while maintaining
a clean and organized workspace
· Use computer systems such as Excel for data
entry and tracking

Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED
· Previous manufacturing, laboratory, or hands-on
equipment experience
· Basic equipment troubleshooting skills
· Comfortable using computers for data entry and
documentation
· Ability to communicate effectively in English
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in medical device or other regulated
manufacturing environments
· Familiarity with laboratory documentation
practices
· Experience working with prototype or
in-development equipment
· Comfort handling chemicals and following safety
protocols
Work Environment
This role involves working onsite in a laboratory and
manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable standing or sitting
for extended periods, using their hands for detailed work, and occasionally
lifting materials.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
