The Business Marketing Group connects businesses with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger to help them grow their businesses through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and more. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business leveraging our solutions. The Global Marketing Channels team is responsible for the performance and scalability of our digital marketing channels including web, email, in-product messaging and Meta ads to provide value for our customers and enable business impact. We focus on improving our channel effectiveness and deliver channel strategy that make our marketing channels impact levers for the business. Marketing automation plays a critical role in its ability to elevate the customer experience by enabling the right customer journeys through cross-channel orchestration and personalization at scale. We are searching for a Marketing Automation Manager to play a pivotal role in elevating our marketing automation practice and infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for channels team strategy for cross-channel marketing leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation to improve channel effectiveness across our portfolio. This individual will also identify and execute upon opportunities to expand our channel footprint and capabilities leveraging internal and third party technology. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing automation, the customer experience, and driving measurable results at a large scale. As an expert in marketing automation strategy, data, and infrastructure, this individual will be shaping the technology and channels used to launch, optimize, and scale cross-channel business marketing campaigns globally. The ideal candidate is a bold, multi-faceted and innovative marketer with strong communication skills and business acumen who thinks strategically, analytically, and creatively.

Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Automation Responsibilities:
- Drive demonstrative results by delivering channel strategies that leverage cross-channel marketing with Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation
- Identify and execute upon opportunities to expand our channel footprint and automation capabilities leveraging internal and third party technology with a focus on driving cross-channel effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability
- Develop learning agendas for continuous measurement and optimization of our channel effectiveness
- Consult with marketing teams on automation and channel best practices to launch a successful marketing automation campaign
- Collaborate with stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and external vendors to accomplish both short and long term marketing automation and channel effectiveness goals
- Drive change management and Marketing Automation education across the organization
- Hands on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage multiple marketing channels to drive results in a B2B or performance marketing capacity
- Experience with digital marketing channels (Email, Web, Ads, in-product messaging, etc.)
- Experience working with marketers to plan and deliver channel strategy for marketing campaigns
- 5+ years experience developing marketing automation strategy and executing campaigns through a marketing automation platform
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Familiarity with Knak Email Builder
- Project management experience leading and managing multiple projects at the same time
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing
