Job Title: Center Manager

Job Description

The Center Manager will support a small 20-participant site in the Excelsior District. This role will manage all day-to-day operations for the site. Responsibilities include participating in and running daily interdisciplinary team meetings, receiving participants at the center, checking in participants into EPIC, coordinating services for patients, assisting with lunch arrival and setup, supporting the activities therapy team with their programs, and overseeing patient transportation. The Center Manager will also coordinate with the nursing team for any direct care issues with patients.

Hard Skills

• 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in San Francisco, California.

Work Environment

Adult day center (clinic/skilled nursing facility environment). Patients do not stay overnight but will arrive in the morning and leave at 3 PM.
