Job Title: Staff Accountant

Job Description

Global Medical Device Manufacturer is seeking to add a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of GL Accounting experience supporting Manufacturing industries.

This role will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial documents, reports and statements, and perform month-end close activities. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external vendors.

Hard Skills

• 3-5 years of accounting experience within the medical manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and SharePoint
• Experience with NetSuite (a plus)
• Strong general ledger (GL) accounting skills with a focus on month-end close activities

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Proactive attitude
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Environment

Onsite Monday-Friday in San Jose, CA.
