Description

Are you passionate about the care of mothers and babies? Join our team as the Lactation and Maternity Education Manager, overseeing the Outpatient Fetal Diagnostic Unit, Lactation Consultation Services, and Maternity Education Programs at Ronald Reagan and Santa Monica Medical Centers. Lead a dynamic team of nurses, International Board of Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs), and support staff to deliver exceptional care and education to perinatal patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct daily operations of fetal diagnostic, lactation, and maternity education services
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and monitor outcomes for quality improvement
  • Supervise and manage staff development, recruitment, and performance
  • Develop and oversee educational programs for perinatal patients and healthcare staff
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance patient experiences and outcomes
  • Manage IT resources for patient care documentation and education
Salary Range: $140,200 - $331,800 annually

Job Qualifications
Qualifications
We're seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with:
  • California RN license, required
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, required
  • IBCLC certification, required
  • Bachelor's and Master's Degree, required; one of which must be in Nursing
  • Women's Health NP, preferred
  • 2 years of acute care in perinatal and progressive management experience, required
