Lead a dynamic team of nurses, International Board of Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs), and support staff to deliver exceptional care and education to perinatal patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations of fetal diagnostic, lactation, and maternity education services
- Ensure high standards of patient care and monitor outcomes for quality improvement
- Supervise and manage staff development, recruitment, and performance
- Develop and oversee educational programs for perinatal patients and healthcare staff
- Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance patient experiences and outcomes
- Manage IT resources for patient care documentation and education
Job Qualifications
Qualifications
We're seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with:
- California RN license, required
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, required
- IBCLC certification, required
- Bachelor's and Master's Degree, required; one of which must be in Nursing
- Women's Health NP, preferred
- 2 years of acute care in perinatal and progressive management experience, required
