Technical Solutions Consultant, SAP, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, solution engineering, or technical consulting, and 1 year of experience in technical leadership.
  
• 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and scripting in Python.
  
• Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments and SAP products, and technologies with solution architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in coding in either ABAP or Java/Python/scripting.
  
• Experience with public clouds and cloud infrastructure including building, testing and deploying cloud based services.
  
• Experience with web protocols, databases (in particular SAP HANA and HANA Cloud), and SAP Business Technology Platform.
  
• Experience with CloudFoundry and Gardener.
  
• Knowledge of modern software development methodologies with emphasis on multi-tenancy and high-availability.
  
• Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver application architectures and deployments in cloud environments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$209,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy and advice on best practices, topologies, solutions, and other deployment patterns in conjunction with other key members of the Cloud Engineering teams and other cross-functional groups.
• Design and implement solutions, including writing scripts.
• Validate the consistency of new technologies and its interoperability with SAP software by scoping validation proposals and performance tests, key performance indicators (KPIs), and desired outcomes, executing tests and performing analysis on results, publishing whitepapers and technology assessments.
• Work closely with engineering and product management teams across the globe to identify feature gaps, deficiencies, and bugs.
