Yard Laborer

C&S Waste Solutions of Lassen County, LLC, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety conscious Yard Laborer to join our team in Susanville, CA!

The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm.

The wage will start at $19.00 per hour. The pay range for this job category is $19-$21 per hour.

Responsibilities Include:

• Yard and facility maintenance including debris and oil spot clean up
• Manual labor including landscaping and fence line maintenance
• Pressure washing carts
• Maintaining storage organization and inventory of carts
• Picking up and sweeping wind-blown trash
• Responsible for tasks and duties at the Material Recovery Facility
• Various utility tasks as needed

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of work experience. Preferably in a laborer type role
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• The ability to stand outside throughout a 8 hr shift
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability and will to work in all weather conditions
• Experience running equipment is a plus (floor sweeper, scrubber, manlifts)
