Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

Job Description

As a Shipping Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our shipping operations. Key responsibilities include reviewing customer document requirements for completion and correctness, creating and verifying customer documents, arranging appropriate transportation carriers, assisting the Packaging Department, verifying and coordinating final packaging and shipping labels, and managing outbound staging cartons to match customer and company requirements. You will also be responsible for uploading documents to customer portals as required and communicating potential shipment delays to the appropriate personnel or departments.
