Banking Customer Service Representative

We are currently hiring for member service representatives working for one of Sacramento's local credit unions!

Join a local credit union's branch and learn more about the banking industry.

Location: Auburn, CA - 100% onsite

Schedule: Must be available Mon-Fri 8:45am-5:45pm, Saturdays 8:45am-2:15pm - rotating Saturday schedule (40 hours/week)

Job Description:

• General bank teller job duties: greet members, answer member inquiries, handle transactions
• Process requests, address account inquiries/concerns, process mail
• Maintain up to date knowledge of credit union products and services offered

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience within retail, restaurant, or general hospitality industry
• Call Center and banking experience preferred
• Must be willing to work two Saturdays/month
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Outlook and Excel
