Description:

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems with equipment and perform appropriate repairs.

Read, understand and build parts from prints.

Use Conventional Lathe and Mill to machine parts, drill holes, and slot holes to print.

Assemble welded and machined parts to finished equipment.

Mount air cylinders & solenoid valves and route airlines appropriately from pneumatic prints.

Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and other shop employees.

Read prints.

Read Tape measure and calipers.

Use grinders and other metal finishing equipment.

Experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic problems.

Experience machining parts using a conventional Mill and Lathe.

Experience with Pneumatics (air cylinders and solenoid valves).

Machine building/assembly experience.

Basic understanding of electrical and use of a voltmeter.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in a similar position preferred.

Must have good English Language and verbal communication skills.
