Description:
Outbound calls to Customers, dealerships and District Managers to obtain and research information on each individual customer case
-Using dual computers screens and client specific software systems (minimal excel included as well).
-Gathering missing documents/info candidate.
-Process customer paperwork such as invoices, customer letters, dealership letters
-Reading part invoices from dealerships (part names, skew numbers, dates, vehicle information)
-Warranty parameters for parts and vehicles that would deem financial assistance
-Log information, create a case for each customer as needed and log case notes based on their warranty information
-Must be available Monday-Friday from 6am-5:00pm as their are various scheduled within this timeframe
Skills:
customer service, computer navigation, ability to multitask
Skills & Qualifications:
Good decision making skills - must be able to work independently
with little supervision. Must be able to work with a team and on their own.
Level:
Intermediate Level

Facility is closed for (7) days throughout the year in observance of Holidays (Christmas, New Years, Memorial, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Martin Luther King Jr, 4th of July)
