Position Summary:

Handle and bring to resolution, inquires from customers regarding service, billing,

technical assistance, procedures, or any facet of a customers account.

Manage outgoing phone calls and customer requests

6 In Office positions & 4 Hybrid (3 days in office)

Sun-Tues in office and Wed-Thurs at home.

Mon-Tues at home and Wed-Fri in office.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience 6 months minimum experience in customer service- telephone answering skills preferred. -Must have experience multi tasking (using computers while talking to customers) Education High School diploma or equivalent required.The hybrid schedules will be based on performance, meaning if their stats are great to excellent, their likelihood of being in office on any given week/month will be 0-1 day per week.

If they are not hitting most goals, but not consistently, they may be required to come in 1-3 days per week.

If they are not hitting most of their goals consistently they may be required to work in office 3-5 days per week.

If they simply not hitting goals, like ever or barely, they will need to be in office 5 days a week until they improve for one full month consistently.
