The Global Corporate Affairs Talent Acquisition team is seeking an exceptionally talented Recruiter to join its ranks. In this role, you will be part of an elite recruiting team that supports hiring professionals critical to our Public Relations and Public Policy efforts, enabling Amazon to further innovate on behalf of our customers. As a Recruiter supporting this team, you must be able to successfully source, manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and customer SLAs. You thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. The most qualified candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and the functional areas of our clients, forging dynamic relationships with leadership, hiring managers, and HR business partners. You have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, organization, and prioritization of competing responsibilities - Recruit for Public Relation roles - Looking for 1 recruiter who will be working on more technical PR roles supporting AWS or devices team. Need someone who understands Amazon’s products. Someone with previous Technical background. Requires PR/Marketing Media experience. Need to hone in specific skill sets. Find good quality candidates rather than volume. Harder to find candidates. - The other recruiter would focused on operations PR roles that aren’t super technical. They must develop a high-volume pipeline. No need for specific PR recruiting experience.

5+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience, including sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting PREFERRED SKILLS - Bachelor's degree - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects, and client relationships - Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets
