Position pays $16.06/hr

Bilingual pays $17.34/hr

M-F, A shift between 8 AM- 6 PM

Located on-site for training in Rancho Cordova, then works remote after training until further notice!

Description:

- Answer calls and respond to emails from members, and providers. A majority of calls are from members regarding eligibility, authorizations, enrollment, payments/billing, claims, and ID cards.

- Select, and explain the best solution to solve the issue.

- Expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
