•Prepares daily equipment orders, preparing for pick up or shipping
•Follow procedures and check lists to make sure equipment kits are not broken or missing any parts before sending out to new client
•Received used rental equipment and tests functionality
•Provide customer product knowledge to determine which rental equipment is appropriate.
•Understands customer needs and ensures that those needs are met in a timely manner.
•Resolve rental disputes fairly and promptly to maintain the best customer relationships.
•Learns and maintains operating procedures of rental equipment and can inform customers of correct operation procedures.
*Some loading and unloading of rental equipment
