Will be reconciling company credit cards and bank accounts. Handling month end and accounts payable, processing up to 2000 invoices per month. These invoices are purchase orders.
Recording entries: fixed assets-roll forward
Able to Read/Run amortization schedules
Will be reviewing lease finance agreements, utilizing Quickbooks and Excel.
Will be responsible for all intercompany transactions

2+ years accounting experience
Must have basic knowledge around financial statements. For example the difference between cost of goods and long term liability.
Ability to recognize and identify errors on income statements: debits/credits, income, etc.
AA preferred - accounting foundation.
