Architectural Project Manager

Description:

They ensure that the project conforms to the contractual agreement between firm, client, and consultants. They are responsible for understanding and fulfilling the client program requirements, including deliverables, attending meetings, and possibly traveling. They monitor project receivables, reviews billings, read and understands project reports, and assists in collections. They read and write contracts, proposals. The Project Manager leads multiple projects and teams. They manage the balance between the design and technical solutions. They are responsible for standards of care and the quality of the project. They will review their staff’s drawings and specifications, gives input on for completeness, correctness, and coordination. They ensure that corrections and clarification are made if required.
