Accounts Recievable Specialist

Urgent need for AR Specialist/ Staff Accountant! Great opportunity for someone to jump in and assist the company. Successful candidates will be strong with excel, have experience within accounts receivable, and eager to impact the team!

Description:

Accounts Receivable/Staff Accountant role

Assisting in month close, posting to ledger in communication with manager for approvals

Assist with managing banking portals

Collections on outstanding payments via email or phone

Cash Applications of wire transfers

Managing aging statements 30-60-90

Will communicate with clients for payments

Must know accruals because this will develop into more than an AR role - if they knew about fixed assets, how accrual accounting works, it would be a nice to have
