Support the Revenue Cycle team, sorting mail - receive the mail designated to the billing department, sort and return mail. Any patient statements and claims reach out and updates address, printing and mailing out claims, some phone support (50-60 calls a day, sometimes 20)- let them know if it was a true balance, denied and what to do about payments, surgery estimates, and transfer to surgery department. Posting EOBs and scan them and attach them to the patient chart. If Address bounces back and statements are returned tp the office, This person will update the correct address in the system.
