Responsible for routine analytical procedures in the GC Chemistry laboratory. Routine sample preparation of water samples by various written EPA and Standard Methods procedures, Data entry and written documentation Performing routine instrument maintenance. Preparation of reagents and standards. Other general laboratory related duties as assigned May include regular late shift and/or weekend duties. Prepare Samples Run instruments Process Data Production laboratory – training from staff, responsible for their back logs of work Working within in a team, maintaining backlogs Various stages with production

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum BS degree in chemistry or other related science field OR AA with and one to two years of laboratory experience. Must be available to work overtime including weekends. COVID-19 Vaccination Required (or will need to go through accommodation process with HR)
