Bank Teller position for a respectable company!!
-Answering Phones in proper manner
-Prioritizing supervisors correspondence and phone communications
-General office upkeep
-Mailing/Shipping business paperwork
-Conducts special assignments as needed by Supervisor
Customer Service Functions
-Responds in a timely manner to business-related phone calls
-Resolves representative issues with minimal guidance from supervisor
-Provides high level of services to all internal and external customers
-Follows and adheres to agreed upon service level agreements for Tiered Services
-Maintains professional demeanor throughout the work day
-Conducts basic review of each piece of paperwork to check for any missing information and seeks to actively correct missing information
-Accurately maintains required logs and files
-Scan and index/e-file documents into imaging filing system
-Depositing client checks electronically or physically
-Troubleshoots minor imaging filing system problems
-Trains representatives as needed on proprietary and third-party technology systems on a one-on-one basis
-Trains staff on new proprietary technologies (Optional)
-Miscellaneous office projects, as assigned
Experience and Skills Requirements:
-2+ years in similar position preferred
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency with all Microsoft Office software applications
-Accustomed to, and capable of managing, extremely high volume and activity
-Ability to prioritize tasks by importance and work independently
