Day to Day responsibilities:

Intermediate member level processor is responsible for reconciling eligibility within our Facets system. This includes research of enrollment requests, enrolling new members and processing requested changes when appropriate. The processor will work in multiple systems and will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills. Processors will be required to meet expectations for production, accuracy and adherence on a monthly basis.

Required skills:

• Written Communication

• Research skills (ability to read and interpret notes and Desk level procedures)

• Ability to work independently

• Proficient in outlook and basic excel skills

• Healthcare experience within data entry or customer service


• Location: REMOTE (equipment is provided) need hard wire internet connection

• Duration: 6 months

• Pay rate: $17

• Shift: training M-F 8-4:30am (weekends off), hours will vary AFTER training
