We’re looking for a motivated and qualified Assembly Technician with manufacturing, product assembly, and finish experience to join our team. · Typical activities include set-up, loading and operation of light manufacturing machinery. Expected to follow well-defined methods and procedures, using judgment and interpretation · Prepare and pull parts for electric tractor and battery assembly · Assemble electric tractors and related products per assembly instructions; tasks include bolting to torque specs, crimping and soldering wire connections, plasma cutting, welding, painting, testing and inspecting · Solder parts using soldering iron or wave solder machines · Read and interpret drawings · Set up and verify equipment performance, as assigned by team leader · Maintain and organize workshop · Work with team to maintain needed inventories, improve workflows, and develop a rewarding work environment

Education/Experience: · High school diploma or equivalent · Basic data entry skills · 1-3 years related on the job experience; mechanical work preferred · Experience with electric vehicles preferred · Must meet and exceed established productivity and quality goals · Responsible for individual accuracy and timeliness of work · Able to follow written and verbal instructions · Able to work independently on assigned tasks · Attention to detail · Sense of urgency · Basic math skills · Team player Test the JD: · 8-15 years of experience working on machines · How to troubleshoot if there is a problem · Electric experience - they are wiring · Mechanical and hydraulic, working on equipment · Experience working on vehicles is a plus
