Proactively investigate, negotiate, and resolve workers compensation claims involving complex issues and/or litigation. Ensure claims handled within authority limits, and in line with AGCS Claims Standards procedures and guidelines. Drive third party service providers to achieve economical results and to provide a high level of quality service to all internal and external customers. Training and development of team and technical resource point for other Claims Handlers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients.          

-Will be partnering with extern legal council to examine court findings and rulings. Need to have 5 plus years prior experience with the state of California due to the legal regulations evolved.

**Compensation is tied to the Missouri market for jobs

performed in Colorado. Other locations may be subject to variances based on locations-related factors.
