Production Lead

Description:

• Need Some with strong electrical automotive knowledge ( possible a high level mechanic who has worked with electrical auto) • A new engineering grad if needing production floor experience. • Assemble harnesses, cables, switch panels, circuit boards and a variety of different electrical components • Close attention to detail • Meet standards of safety and 5S • Promote use and applications of Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement tools as part of the culture • Meet standards of safety and 5S • Be compliant with the rules of conduct and attendance per company policy • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

• Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools, drills, screw guns • Must be able to interpret engineering drawing and electrical schematics • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Ability to perform critical analysis desired • Ability to effectively present information in one –on-one and small group situations to other employees • Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards • Ability to read, write comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence • Ability to read and use a linear and other measuring devises •
