Production I: correct rate $18.50 (2) - Mixer: how to set up a batch - Add ingredients into mixer - New batch every 20 minutes - After they have been trained (by the second week) they will help with the dough - Each mixing cycle is 15 minutes - Flour and water are automatic - After that is mixing, they have to go get containers. - Everywhere is room - Record lab numbers with quantities. Enter batch in SAP. - Will be working on donut fryer - Between Wednesday and Tuesday they put out the schedule. - Production: Spanish - Someone to be able to work from 3 AM-7AM Start time. 3 AM, 4:15 AM and 5 AM. - Mon-Sat. (Day off during the week) - 3 bags every 20 minutes - Vacinated: don’t have to wear shield No vaxxed: Have to wear shield

Qualifications: COMMUNICATION Must be able to communicate effectively in group or team environment about safety, production information, problems, improvement ideas and general topics PRODUCT QUALITY Ensure product meets all Quality and GMP standards WORK PLACE SAFETY Reports all work place safety concerns to the appropriate personnel Promotes a culture of safety and efficiency by adhering to plant safety and work rules Approaches safety with a positive attitude and watches out for the wellbeing of others Supports plants’ 6s initiative by keeping supplies and equipment organized PRODUCT SAFETY Reports all product safety concerns to the appropriate personnel Responsibilities: Hand loads product onto conveyor at front end of proofer Transfers products from conveyors to proofers Stands or sits at proofer exits and at fryers to inspect products, ensure product meets standards Counts, packs and performs final inspections of product in packaging, ensure products is packed and labeled correctly May be required to make boxes by hand Stacks finished boxes onto mechanized palletizing system Comments/Special Instructions Flexible to work between 5am – 7am – Mixer or Baker Assistant
