Finance Manager

We are hiring for a food & beverage manufacturer in the Vernon area. They are looking for a strong Finance Manager that has experience within MS Dynamics 365.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain agile financial models and reports
• Monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Assist in departmental annual budget and periodic forecasts in support of company objectives
• Maintain rolling forecasting process used to identify and communicate areas that may require additional focus
• Recommend, implement and report on benchmarks for measuring financial and operating performance
• Identify key business drivers and create financial and operational dashboards and KPIs
• Assist in the preparation of materials and presentation decks
• Perform research and analysis as required
• This individual must have a clear understanding of all areas of accounting, including AR, AP and GL.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Accounting or finance degree
• 3-5 years experience in finance
• Knowledge of d365 nice to have
• Consumer goods manufacturing must have
• Experience with data analytics (such as Power BI) and planning tools preferred
