Job Description
We are looking for someone who has strong knowledge of working within a regulated environment to develop Technical Literature content that is patient-facing. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in gathering data from SMEs (Regulatory, Marketing, Human Factors, Quality) and understand the critically of attention to detail and following processes and procedures. Some understanding of CAPA and Audit processes is favorable as they impact the role, but this person will not likely drive these processes.
- Creates, develops, plans, writes, and edits operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for paper, multimedia, web-based publications and user sites; may produce content for embedded user assistance technology.
- Conducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation.
- Researches and translates technical information into manuals and/or web-based documents for nontechnical and technical users.
- May document engineering processes and specifications.
- Recommends formats responsive to technical and customer requirements.
- Produces products that conform to the company documentation and quality assurance standards.

- Working with SMEs to gather and develop content for Technical Literature
- Working within a CCMS content management system for authoring
- Working collaboratively to meet submission & launch deadlines with internal and external team
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Years’ Experience Required: 4 years
