Work Environment & Schedule
- Cleanroom manufacturing environment with structured processes and a supportive team
- Schedule options:
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekend shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (10% shift differential)
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll support product quality from start to finish by performing inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting incoming, in‑process, and final inspections of components and medical devices
- Performing visual and functional inspections using tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and microscopes
- Following established inspection procedures, GMP requirements, and documentation practices
- Identifying, documenting, and communicating defects or non‑conformities and working with production teams to resolve issues
- Completing final quality checks before products are approved for shipment
- Maintaining accurate and detailed inspection records
- Assisting with root cause analysis and participating in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to continuously improve processes
- Supporting the training of other team members on quality procedures when needed
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with measurement equipment (micrometers, calipers, microscopes, gauges)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar quality or inspection role
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with GMP regulations
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment
- Knowledge of ISO standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
