Job Description

• Take inbound to answer questions and work towards a solutions and make outbound calls when available and use various collection strategies to collect on past due bills
• Answer customers questions regarding bill
• Offer options on how to pay/negotiate payment in full or set up payment arrangements
• Will only contact customer 1 time to inform them on their balance
• Manage and review accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies, and create a request for resolution

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of face to face customer service experience
• Someone who performs well with upset customers face to face or over the phone
• Open to food industry (waiters, hostess, server) or retail - any positions that required assisting customers face to face
