Description:

- answer inbound email/calls from retailers about product questions - process shipments for retail accounts - update client accounts 1. Customer Service - Candidate must have previous customer service experience in which they helped answer customer questions and resolve issues. Will be processing claims. 2. Written/Verbal Communication - All communication via inbound calls from customers, minor email communication and minor chat communication. 3. Microsoft Office - Will use basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word. Must be comfortable navigating computer while on the phone with customers. Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service when processing orders and answering questions from inbound dealer and inside sales. First point of customer contact for general inquires such as product knowledge, pricing, order placement, return and shipping questions.
