Location: Briargate Pkwy. Colorado Springs, CO
Schedule: M-F 11am-8pm MST
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Description:
This position will be taking around 40-60 calls per day to support 401K participants. You may be working with customers to update account information, change information, and resolve account issues. 85% of the day will be answering phone calls, 15% of the day will be answering emails.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- 1+ years of call center or inbound call experience required
- Experience with MS Office products (MS Word, MS Outlook)
