Description:
Hiring for a Software Engineer supporting a BRAND NEW deep space satellite program, who will provide Software expertise & code performance supporting a government customer. Deep space radar support expected to provide 24/7, all-weather capabilities that increases the ability to detect, track, identify. and characterize objects in deep space. They offer higher sensitivity, better accuracy, increased capacity, and more agile tracking than current radars. Software engineer will support and develop code for these radars - primarily C++.
Hybrid flexibility (WFH Monday and Friday) and no on-base work!
Top Skills Details:
- C++
- Radar or Signal Processing experience
- Bachelors' degree in relevant field
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience programming in C++
- Experience writing Bash scripts
- Debugging & troubleshooting at the system level experience
- Software model based design experience (Cameo, Rational, SysMl, UML, MagicDraw)
- Ability and willingness to obtain a Dod secret clearance
