Description:

-Answer phones, transferring calls accordingly to manager cell phones or utilize Teams to ping the managers for a call/messages

-Contacting IT for equipment drop offs

-Creating FedEx/UPS labels for equipment returns

-Checking Attendance line

-Run information from attendance hotline- who is out for that day/reasoning for not showing up

-Email correspondence & distribution

-Redistributing facility maintenance tickets

-Memos/internal communication

-Scheduling of internal meetings as well

-Assisting HR with miscellaneous tasks (employment verification, party planning, vendor communication for costs, etc.)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

- 6 months of customer service experience (can be retail, restaurant, fast casual restaurants- starbucks, chipotle, etc., hotel)

- Experience with Microsoft Office- Excel, PP, Word, Outlook, Teams

- An understanding of confidentiality

- Professionalism

- Previous role where they were on the phone with customers, internal, or external

- Go-getter attitude

- High school diploma

Bvs.A

- Someone who has worked with an administrative team previously

- Experience supporting a Business enablement group (HR)

- Understanding of confidentiality

- Someone looking to get into admin/HR

DIS:

- Jumpy job history (more than 3 jobs in the past 2 years)

- No understanding of Microsoft Office

- Lacking professionalism

- Poor communication skills

- Too much tenure (over 3+ years of Admin experience- worried that type of candidate would be overqualified and get bored in this role
