REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE
-Use a dilaer for outbound calls - explain what is past due, make payment (want auto-pay), update to auto-pay, refinance, and figure out what they can pay if they cannot pay (i.e. move due date, etc.)
-Inbound calls are return calls from patients - hardest calls related to regarding insurance (primary and secondary)
-The main different between OrthoFi and OrthoBanc is that candidates will not be handling insurance questions with OrthoBanc (this will change in the next 4-6 months when they officially merge together)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-1-2 years of call center experience (have to have solid tenure)
-Ability to train remotely (not in the office right now); comfortable to learn at home
-Attention to detail and ability to look at result/notes and come to a solution
-Ability to express empathy with patients and their situations (especially with COVID)
-Someone who is passionate about customer service and working in a call center long-term
-Someone with the ability to work remotely full-time (and have a designated space to do this)
NICE TO HAVE:
-Bilingual (Spanish and English)
-Previous healthcare experience is preferred (i.e. Anthem, Kaiser, SCL)
-Previous Orthodontic or Dental experience
Phone System- Pure Cloud
OrhotFi System - Proprietary system (easier system to use)
Instant Messaging - Slack
Email- Google (i.e. gmail, Google sheets + docs, etc.)
Video - Zoom
