Description:

Customer Service Team is responsible for managing 3 different functions (Customer Account Set Up, Supply Requests, and Scheduling Testing) as well as taking inbound phone calls (roughly 60 calls per day) throughout the day.

IN OFFICE - Denver, Colorado, 80238

Pay: $17

Schedule: Monday-Friday hours of operation 6am-6pm (will work a full 40 with the potential for a few hours of OT)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

- 1 year of recent customer service experience (prefer call center, but open to long-term retail experience) - must be able to type while talking on the phone

- phone and email etiquette are very important

-dual monitors

-excel - basic: how to add and edit columns, create basic spreadsheet of their own
