-Will be handling inbound calls, chat, and email assistance to customers (i.e. truck drivers) related to devise errors, network communications, portal configuration and navigation, product implementation, and troubleshooting -Work with internal teams for the return/exchange process of devices -Work closely with operations, sales, and other internal support teams

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE: -1-3 years of customer service experience (i.e. retail, call center, administrative, etc.) -Someone who is a self-started with strong written and verbal communication skills -Ability to understand complex, technical concepts (or be taught) -Ability to build and retain customer relationships and work through difficult situations -Someone who has patience and empathy to work with customers who are upset or stressed NICE TO HAVE: -Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required (this type of experience has excelled in the role) -Bilingual in Spanish or French (preferred, but not required - they would need to be able to write, read, listen and speak the language fluently) -Previous technical support or troubleshooting technical issues experience -Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
