- ability to use dual monitors and navigate multiple tabs at once
- job tenure is super important - do not want to see more than 2-3 jobs in the last 5 years

- helping doc management team retrieve chain of custody forms from collection sites
- calling donors to tell them they have a positive result and request additional information or tell them they failed
- updating donor and employer files in the system once the doctors release the results
While working in their queue, each rep is responsible for taking incoming calls. Calls may be from employers who are requesting results, or from donors who need a status update or have questions. Most employers and donors have access to the I3 system, so a lot of the questions are about password resets, not knowing where to look in the system for what they need, adding/removing employees who are authorized to access the system.
Will be navigating multiple tabs to look up information and make changes - have to be able to work on the computer (dual monitors) while being on the phone with a customer.
