Sales Development Representative

-Placing outbound calls to follow up on warm leads and will talk to borrower's to pre-qualify (these borrowers have used the customer in the past)
-From the conversation, they will determine what product they are eligible for based on their qualification
-The main goal of the call is to get the borrower to complete the application to determine their pre-qualification
-Will be explaining the differences between products, comparing the company's term loan to their partner's SBA loan and lines of credit
-Will then be determining which Account Manager to pass to (this is dependent on the borrower's need and best fit product; the SDR needs to understand why the borrower needs the loan, and passing this information onto the Account Manager who will close the loan)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
-Someone who is comfortable with a heavy workload
-Someone who is willing and motivated to be in a sales role
NICE TO HAVE:
-Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative
-Previous experience in the FinTech industry
