-Will be handling inbound calls from practices regarding: validating information, updating payment methods, taking information off file and/or putting information in file, waiving late feeds, insurance ledgers, claim questions, moving funds/reallocating funds, finding missing payments, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-1 to 2 years of customer service experience (actually prefer no call center)
-Experience preferred: administrative, customer support/order entry, caregiving, etc. (i.e. something that requires them to have a lot of empathy for the customer)
-Someone who has the ability to problem solve complex issues and knows how to utilize resources available to them to figure out the root problem
-Someone who has compassion for others and truly cares about the customer
-Someone who has a strong attention to detail and are accurate
-Someone who has the ability to build trust with their customers
-Someone who is familiar with what a call center is (i.e. schedules, solving problems, using resources available to them, etc.)
NICE TO HAVE:
-Previous orthodontics experience, but not required
