Job Description

-Handling inquiries from customers regarding orders, product information, troubleshooting and warranty issues regarding fire pits.

-Will be taking inquiries in the form of phone, text, email or chat.

-Responsible for resolving questions about product specifics, pricing, orders, etc.

-Could also facilitate design and custom requests, as well as generating quotes and providing dealer information to customers.

-Entering orders through ERP system.

-Organize returns - this involves documenting, check-in, categorizing, and processing these.

Skills & Qualifications

-Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude

-Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and manage time independently

-Excellent verbal and written communication

-Strong data entry skills - detailed and accurate

-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)

-1-2 years of customer service or order entry experience (i.e. call center, front desk, barista, teller, etc.)

Additional Qualifications

-Previous order entry experience

-Experience in EPICOR (ERP system)

-Knowledge of QuickBooks

-Knowledge of Gas, Plumbing or Outdoor Appliances Products
