Description:
- This position has heavy customer interaction requiring strong organizational and excellent customer service skills
- The supervisor will work in role as well as supervise a team of up to 10
A Day in the Role:
- Triage of the inbound/outbound customer communication
- Performance Management for team
- Setting KPIs and tracking
- Assisting Customers with Product Information, Specifications and Troubleshooting Support
- Preparing Estimates and Processing Sales Orders within ERP System
- Support Outside Sales Representatives when needed
Skills:
Customer service, Call center
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to Effectively Communicate with Internal/External Customers both Verbally and Written
- Ability to multi-task, Prioritize and Manage Time Effectively
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)
Employment Type: 3 Month contract to hire
Hours: M-F Day shift
