  • This position has heavy customer interaction requiring strong organizational and excellent customer service skills
  • The supervisor will work in role as well as supervise a team of up to 10

A Day in the Role:

  • Triage of the inbound/outbound customer communication
  • Performance Management for team
  • Setting KPIs and tracking
  • Assisting Customers with Product Information, Specifications and Troubleshooting Support
  • Preparing Estimates and Processing Sales Orders within ERP System
  • Support Outside Sales Representatives when needed


Customer service, Call center


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to Effectively Communicate with Internal/External Customers both Verbally and Written
  • Ability to multi-task, Prioritize and Manage Time Effectively
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)

Employment Type: 3 Month contract to hire

Hours: M-F Day shift
