The Personal Services Specialist will be supporting a high net worth client base. These will be 250k-multi million net worth clients. This position will be taking incoming calls throughout the day. Will be talking to clients with a variety of calls. Will be working with a few different systems and web based programs. 85% of the day will consist of taking inbound phone calls. The next 15% will consist of email correspondence and other administrative related tasks.
Will be working with the sales team to identify opportunities, but also the brokerage piece where they are filling out daily trade logs. These clients have high expectations that will need to be met. Will be taking inbound calls and may need to place outbound calls for follow up as needed. Will receive calls that get transferred from other departments, need to be able to handle these escalated calls and provide an excellent customer service experience. Need to be able to understand the complex needs of the client to resolve these situations. This position will require a higher level of interaction, working independently, deescalating situations, troubleshooting, multitasking, interacting with wealthy clients, and working directly with sales/financial managers to identify new opportunities.
Additional job duties may include fulfilling client inquires such as changing addresses and account information, providing assistance with online accounts, investigating previous transactions, maintain accurate information, and providing a high level of customer service throughout each client interaction. The Personal Services Specialist will process orders as requested, offer solutions based on client needs, use their judgement to discuss and recommend additional services that may benefit the client, and handle escalated phone calls from other departments.

- 2+ years of Customer Service experience required
- Experience with MS Office products (MS Word, MS Outlook)
- Strong relationship building, written, and verbal communication skills (Need to be able to communicate professionally with their high net worth clients)
- Must be interested in a career within the financial industry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Banking, brokerage, trading, insurance, or mortgage experience strongly preferred.
- Military or teaching experience.
- De-escalation experience.
- 1+ years of inbound call experience in an office environment.
