- Will be acting as a liaison between the Vendor and Customer

- Will be performing outbound "welcome calls" to customers who have signed their contract

- Once documentation is received, will be passing it on to the funding team

- Responsible for requesting documentation, walking customers through the process, and answering any questions

- Will not be performing sales calls - all outreach will be to customers who have recently signed agreements

- Around 30-40 calls per day

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish

financial - understanding of a statement/loan

Customer service - face to face experience preferred

Computer proficiency - ability to navigate 5-6 systems at once
