Bi-Lingual Customer Service Associate

-Answer and respond to all incoming calls and emails on assigned queues.
-Communicate with customers by taking incoming calls or making outgoing.
-Receive and review all incoming correspondence by fax and forward to appropriate parties upon receipt.
-Contact customers regarding the bad address, obtain new information and update the information in the system.
-25% of customers that employees will be speaking with are Spanish speaking.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-At least 1 year of Microsoft Office experience (Microsoft Office, Outlook & Excel)
-1+ years of Customer Service experience (Retail- Target, Nordstrom etc.)
-Ability to deescalate situations in a professional manner
-Ability to independently problem solve
-Someone is able to adapt and multitask
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Must be able to speak Spanish fluently
Nice to have:
-Financial Service experience
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM.
